Plain English summary
This page explains what information Astra (an AI sub-brand of Delightree) collects when you visit this site or apply for Early Access, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written this in plain English. If a section feels vague, email privacy@delightree.com and we'll clarify.
What we collect
When you fill out the Early Access form, we collect what you tell us: your name, work email, role, brand name, number of locations, openings planned, the primary outcome you want to move, and (optionally) the workflow you'd want Astra to help run first.
We also collect basic analytics on which pages you visit, how you arrived, and which CTAs you click. This is aggregated and does not personally identify you outside the context of an application you submit.
We don't collect or use your franchise operating data (POS exports, audit results, location-level metrics, etc.) from this marketing site. Operating data is only accessed inside your Delightree workspace under your existing permissions, and only after Early Access onboarding.
How we use it
- To evaluate fit. Your application helps us decide whether your brand is right for the Early Access cohort.
- To follow up. A human from our team will email or call you about Astra.
- To improve Astra. Aggregated analytics inform what we build next. Individual applications are not used to train shared AI models.
- To send relevant updates. Occasional emails about Astra, Delightree, and Early Access. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to third parties.
- We don't use your franchise operating data to train shared AI models.
- We don't share your application with other applicants.
- We don't run intrusive ad-tech or third-party tracking beyond standard analytics.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal set of cookies for analytics (page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks) and to remember your scroll position within a session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we have about you at any time. Email privacy@delightree.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 14 business days.
If you're in the EU/UK/California, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA. The same email address handles those requests.
Data security
Form submissions are stored in our secure systems with access restricted to the team. We follow industry-standard practices (encryption in transit, principle of least privilege, regular audits). For details on Delightree's broader security posture, contact security@delightree.com.
